Hitori
Hitori: The Elimination Protocol. A reverse-logic challenge focused on number isolation and strategic shading.
Editorial Notes
Selective Attention & Elimination
Hitori is about what you remove, not what you add. At Castor Digital Labs, this unique protocol trains the brain in the art of elimination and selective focus.
Access Protocol: How to Play
- Elimination Rule: Shade (black out) cells so that no number appears more than once in any row or column.
- Adjacency Constraint: Shaded cells cannot be adjacent horizontally or vertically (diagonal is allowed).
- Network Integrity: All unshaded cells must remain connected into a single, continuous white area.
- Resolution: The protocol is complete when all duplicate numbers are eliminated while following the spatial constraints.
